Whilst we've done our best to make Pet Parking easy to install and use, we understand that there will be circumstances where you may order a product from us and are unable to install it in your predetermined location. To best avoid this, please check out the dimensions on the ABOUT page, however if you are still unable to install it due to size, or landlord/council objection, please let us know immediately by emailing us at email@example.com and you can return the device for a full refund.
In the rare instance that your Pet Parking device should break within 12 months of purchase, please also notify us and send in any pictures, and we will be happy to replace the device. Whilst we cannot guarantee a particular colour will be in stock, we will be happy to send a replacement of the nearest substitute.
